Dr. Geraldine Ollila is a family practitioner and aesthetic physician that has been serving Maine patients for over 30 years. She has earned a loyal following of patients seeking consultation, advice and treatment for a variety of aesthetic concerns as we age.

Dr. Ollila received a Bachelor of Science cum laude degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in 1988. She graduated from the University of New England’s College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993 and completed her residency at Brighton Medical Center, Portland, Maine. Her practice of aesthetic medicine has spanned over 14 years and has included laser medicine, injectable fillers and neurotoxins, scar revision, and acne care.

I have worked in the aesthetics industry for 25+ years in many roles and have been in charge of marketing aesthetics practices for the last 10+ years. I am so excited to be part of this team of amazingly talented women. 

I live in South Portland with my husband Barry, our daughter Hazel, and 4 cats.

AMANDA CORNELL

Medical Assistant/Laser Technician

Amanda-Bree Cornell is a certified Medical Assistant and laser technician. She has been providing for Maine patients over the past 12+ years in the aesthetics field. She holds a vast knowledge of lasers for hair removal, tattoo removal, age & sun spot removal, and has extensive experience with numerous skin care lines. She is a member of American Laser Society. Amanda has a passion and talent for aesthetics and feels fulfilled when she can make a difference in someone's confidence by utilizing her impressive skill base. 

I live in Falmouth, Maine with my husband Darren and two children Brenna and Mason. I am one of the lucky people who found their passion in their work, and cannot imagine doing anything else. I feel a close connection with my patients and enjoy developing a friendship with them as we work together to make them feel better about themselves. It's a pleasure to come to work every day.

Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Acne Specialist

Jade received her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Biology from the University of New England in 2011. She worked in clinical research for 5 years before joining Maine Laser & Aesthetics in 2017. She made the decision to go back to school for Esthetics in 2019 and is now our licensed esthetician on staff! 

Jade’s philosophy of care is centered around a belief in treating the patient, rather than just a condition.

Nurse Practitioner

Amanda Robinson is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in Aesthetics and Dermatology. She received her Nurse Practitioner degree from Simmons College in Boston Massachusetts and has over 13 years of experience in the medical field. She is board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

My goal is to help men and women feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. Aesthetics allows me the opportunity to talk with clients about skin health and techniques that encourage elegant aging. I believe in a natural look that enhances and rejuvenates individual aesthetic appearance.

Bonnie stewart, rn-bsn

Registered Nurse

Bonnie has been a Registered Nurse for more than 30 years in Southern Maine. She graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Bonnie has worked as a charge nurse, nurse manager, and was in a leadership roll with the Maine Veteran’s Home for 25 years before joining the MaineLA team.

I live in Falmouth with my husband and have 3 grown children. In my spare time I enjoy DIY projects, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. I am very excited to be working at MaineLA and look forward to this new chapter in my life.

Aileen retired from her career at Verizon after 32 years to care for her granddaughters. She has been with MLA for the past five years.

I live in South Portland with my husband, Dan. I am grateful to work with my 2 daughters, Alicia and Angela at MLA, and lastly, we can't forget our office dog and my granddog, Sonny.
