• incision drainage • earache • Lyme disease • short term (non-narcotic) prescription refills
we can not see you for:
• chest pain • shortness of breath • abdominal pain • chronic pain • possible broken bone • sexually transmitted diseases

Patients will be seen by appointment only by our Family Nurse Practitioner, Dawn Fallon.
This is a non-insurance based program.
Appointments are $150 per visit andHealth Savings Accounts can be used.
