Laser Photo Rejuvenation utilizing the Nd Yag and Alex lasers help to restore youth and vibrance to the skin.

Nd Yag/Alex lasers are non-ablative lasers, which means there is no break in the skin tissue during treatment. It is designed to target and destroy pigment and diseased skin cells. These damaged cells will then be cleared from the skin resulting in lightening of the pigmented site.  In Addition to improvement of pigment, lasers improve skin tone, reduce fine lines, firm, and tighten skin and stimulate new collagen and elastin production.

Laser Photo Rejuvenation involves between 3-5 laser treatments separated by 4 weeks. The process is relatively simple, quick, with minimal down time. Most patients have full recovery from 2-7 days, the darkened sunspots taking the longest to slough off. Laser treated skin is sensitive to sun exposure making the fall and winter ideal for skin rejuvenation treatments. Regardless of what time of year wearing a broad-spectrum sunscreen with 30-50 SPF is recommended.
